Returns & Refunds Policy
At Stat Sign, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, our returns process is designed to be simple and transparent.
Change of Mind / Incorrect Selection
Because our statutory signage is often custom-made or project-specific, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect product selection.
Please check all product details, measurements, and compliance requirements before placing your order. If you’re unsure, contact us for assistance before purchasing.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We may ask for photos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Once confirmed, we will organise a replacement sign or a full refund, including return shipping if required.
Custom Orders
Custom signage (including engraved, braille, or printed to specification) is non-refundable unless faulty or damaged on arrival.
Returns Process
Contact our team at info@statsign.com.au with your order number and details of the issue.
We will advise next steps, including whether the item needs to be returned.
If approved, products must be returned in their original packaging.
Refunds
Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear in your account after approval.
