Absolutely. If you can’t find the fire, electrical, or braille sign you need in our store, you can request a custom statutory sign quote. Simply visit our Contact Us page, or upload your BOQ and provide the details (text, size, colours, or upload plans/artwork). Our team will get back to you quickly.
Returns & Refunds Policy
At Stat Sign, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, our returns process is designed to be simple and transparent.
Change of Mind / Incorrect Selection
• Because our statutory signage is often custom-made or project-specific, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect product selection.
• Please check all product details, measurements, and compliance requirements before placing your order. If you’re unsure, contact us for assistance before purchasing.
Damaged or Faulty Products
• If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
• We may ask for photos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
• Once confirmed, we will organise a replacement sign or a full refund, including return shipping if required.
Custom Orders
• Custom signage (including engraved, braille, or printed to specification) is non-refundable unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

2. We will advise next steps, including whether the item needs to be returned.
3. If approved, products must be returned in their original packaging.
Refunds
• Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear in your account after approval.
Yes — we offer installation services for all signage we supply. We can install nationwide through our established network of professional installers, ensuring your signage is fitted correctly, safely, and in accordance with project requirements.
